Dear Katie,
Where should I begin...
Well, I told Coop I wanted a "dream vacation" let me start off by saying I don't "dream" as good as our vacation was. You have raised the bar. Every single thing you planned for us just kept getting better and better. Our hotels were fabulous our views spectacular and the food divine!!!! The tour guides and the drivers were for the most part were fantastic!!!! Everything that you suggested was amazing!!! I must have said 100 times "I love Katie...Katie Cadar rocks!!!! Katie's the best" and my husband who usually doesn't rave about people kept saying " Yep, I told you she is the best!!!!" Thank you sooooo much for all that you did for us it was really beyond words how great this trip was.

We would be remiss if we didn't write to let you both know how aware we are of the perfection with which our trip was planned. Try as we might, neither Diane nor I can think of a single complaint. Every step of the trip from the flights, the accommodations, the drivers, the guides, the on-site contacts (guardian angels) and of course the cruise itself was simply planned and executed with perfection. I hesitate to cross the street during rush hour without calling you guys first. Many thanks,

Dear Katie,

For a second summer in a row, the arrangements you made for our family's European travels have been superb!

We have had extremely complicated flight needs, we expected to see cities in rather short time frames, and we needed to please kids ranging in age from 16 to 8, as well as us, the adults. Not only did the trip go smoothly, we feel truly immersed in the history and culture of some amazing places!

In London, we absolutely loved the Haymarket Hotel, where we stayed two nights, and the Covent Garden Hotel, where we were only able to stay one night (we definitely wish we could have lingered).

The Haymarket Hotel has the most unique, eclectic and beautiful decor! It was so exciting to experience this new jewel.

After a week of interim traveling, we returned to London to stay in the Covent Garden Hotel. The concierge there absolutely was the key to a wonderful, albeit too brief, visit. After arranging our fabulous tickets to see "The Sound of Music," he then came to our rescue when our arrival was delayed eight hours. One phone call from me while I was en route, and he arranged to have the tickets waiting for us at the theatre, guided us on how to direct the driver to continue on with our luggage, and made sure the front desk was aware of our predicament. When we finally made it to the hotel after the show, we were greeted warmly, our bags were already in our room, and presently a sumptuous tray of cookies and cold milk was delivered to our door! Just heavenly!

In Italy, we were so pleased with our guides. In Venezia, we enjoyed a half day learning about the history and architecture of this truly unique place, including "express" entrances to the Campanile and the Basilica San Marco (with water rising in the Piazza!). The following day, we thoroughly enjoyed our water taxi and terrific guided tour of the islands of Murano, Torcello and Burano, highlighted by the glass blowing and private demonstration at CAM.

As we proceeded to Firenze, we again were dazzled by our guide, Enza, who was impressively knowledgeable about over a thousand years of history and architecture. We also were overjoyed at the beauty, service and ambience of the Grand Hotel Villa de Medici, especially its great pool and garden.

All in all, these experiences have created memories that will last a lifetime for all of us.

Thank you so much, Katie, for being not just an outstanding travel agent, but a trusted advisor on how to get the most out of every aspect of enjoying some of the world's greatest cities. Where do you think we should plan on going next?!

Sincerely,
