Our trip was fabulous! Your guidance was exceptional! We loved the shore trips, especially after experiencing two of RC’s in Croatia and Greece. RC’s were fine for those locations, but the other major ports were greatly enhanced with the personal attention of a private tour. We couldn’t have had a more successful trip. That particular cruise really encompassed the high points of Europe for us. Pete even took a picture of the two of us at the bottom of the Spanish Steps in Rome looking up at the hotel where we stayed 45 years ago on our honeymoon.

We LOVED your suggestion of Cancun Palace. It was GREAT! Super comfortable and you gotta love that all inclusive aspect! Food was very good. Rooms were awesome! Service fantastic! So many of our excursions were free! And we visited the Palace resort on Isla Mujeras which was a fun day and nice place to hang out and have lunch. Rented golf carts and did the entire island. Fun! We visited Chicheniza free with the Passport and are so happy we saw that "new" 7th Wonder of the World. Excellent tour. Long day, but great tour. Also had a very fun afternoon at the Wet and Wild Water Park. Also included in Passport. Fun for the kids. They loved it. Thank you so very much for all of your assistance with this great vacation!!! All I can say is "Wow"! My son and I were so thrilled when we saw our room. It was beautiful and the bathroom was amazing. Brian said it was the best experience ever to be able to relax in such a beautiful room on his first night and that he really appreciated it. He wanted me to tell you that you must be great at what you do......I told him you were the best :)

Hi Gail, You did it again! We had a fantastic time in Los Cabos. Pueblo Bonito Rose was a perfect hotel for our vacation with our granddaughters. The transportation to and from the airport was on time and very professional. The girls both said they wish they could stay longer and Ted and I agreed. Can't wait for your magic on Australia.

Once again, you planned the perfect vacation for me, Steve. Each year you seem to improve on the last and there was never any room for improvement. Las Ventanas in Cabo San Lucas was perfect in 2004. The San Juan Islands and Seattle was just as perfect in 2005. And, this year, you completely outdid yourself. Costa Rica could not have been more amazing, and the trip you planned was completely tailored to me and Steve. Peace Lodge provided us with a sense of adventure in a breathtaking location. We managed to survive a canopy tour, rappel, whitewater rafting, and horseback riding with only a bruise or two. Each night, we spent eating room service and drinking wine in front of the fireplace in our room, with the peaceful sound of rainfall outside. An evening jacuzzi on our private deck usually followed. We did not think the second part of our trip could compare to Peace Lodge, but it did and more. The Four Seasons, Papagayo, was completely awesome. The service was great (many employees greeted us by name), the room (actually, we were upgraded to a suite, thanks to you) was beautiful, the grounds were expansive and pretty, and the food was excellent. Visiting both the rain forest and the beach was a great way to see lots of Costa Rica in a relatively short period of time.

Omigosh, Gail -- we had a wonderful time! Still trying to get our bearings after the time change, etc, but everything was fabulous. Tours were all great, transfers on time, really appreciated the bottles of wine and the snack packs for the boys, too! I will give you more feedback later (as to how absolutely wonderful our guides in Rome were), but suffice to say, it was all perfect! Thank you so much for everything. As the boys said, "We were SO hooked up!"

We had an excellent time! Katie and I said over and over how great it was to have a travel agent involved who knew what they were doing. The highlight for me was the dinner cruise. I had no idea how much we were going to enjoy
it. We also really enjoyed the private tour of Versailles and Chartes. The guide was marvelous!

You really planned a fabulous trip for us and we loved every minute of it. The ship [in Galapagos] was a wonderful choice and with only 75 or so passengers it seemed very personal and spacious. They offered well thought out and well planned activities and the naturalists were knowledgeable and crew friendly and so helpful. I just wanted to give you a BIG THANK YOU for helping us put together our trip. This was an absolutely fabulous trip. We loved every part of it. All the arrangements went so smoothly. The sight seeing tours you set us up with were wonderful! David figured out all the transit systems and we ventured out on our own and were all over both London and Paris.

The hotel accommodations were terrific. AND, I'm sure you had something to do with the bottle of champagne and birthday wishes at both locations. (I do love some champagne!!) I think the highlight of our trip was the dinner cruise down the Seine River. It was just amazing!

With your help I have just had one of the best trips of my life and the best birthday I think I've ever had.
