Thank you for arranging our vacation to Hawaii over Christmas break. We loved the Hyatt Maui, especially the regency club, water slides and cave. The 2 rooms, with 1 corner, were perfect. Everything was perfect!

The trip way surpassed our wildest dreams! The kids and I had the time of our lives!!! We loved the resort, the food, the room, the weather, and more importantly the company. We had so much fun playing in the water. We never felt that we had to leave the resort to find fun.....it was all right there for us. We are so sorry this thank-you letter is so overdue. We just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate all the wonderful trips you have planned for us. It's not just the great deals you continue to impress us with that makes us recommend you to all our friends and family, but also the fact that your customer service can't even be matched.
When we were in the Caribbean in 2004 we were stuck for an extra 3 days because of hurricane Francis. We were so impressed with American Airlines because they had rebooked our flight to a later flight when we arrived in port. While other passengers from the cruise were frantically trying to find flights home, ours were already rebooked and waiting for us. We found out later when we arrived home that American Airlines hadn't booked our flight - you guys had! You were tracking our trip the whole time and making sure we were taken care of. That is so priceless!
I must confess every time we book a cruise with you guys we do our homework and try to find a lower price (AAA, Travelocity, Expedia and Cruises Only, etc) but they can't even come close. Every year you top our expectations.
