I want you to know that the Oyster Point Inn was wonderful, I highly recommend it for any client wanting a park and fly hotel in South San Francisco. We felt so good about leaving our car for two weeks as it was in such a good parking location. Our room was on the Bay side with a big bay window so we could see all the boats in the harbor. The room had a fireplace and they brought us breakfast on Saturday morning. We won't hesitate about using Oyster Point Inn for any future air flights out of SF.
The flight schedule you gave me was a lifesaver - without it we would have been lost in the airports. Continue providing that for your clients. Heathrow was an experience, so unorganized in moving passengers, we came very close to missing our connection to Frankfurt. If it hadn't been for a kind airport security guard who just took over and got us through the mess we would have missed our flight.
The Regatta was as beautiful as we remembered, service was great, the ports of call were everything we expected and more. This particular cruise I would recommend to anyone wanting to see the best of Italy! All ports were exciting. Bob said I just about killed him when on our Venice boat ride though the Grand Canal - I was so excited and beating on the poor guy.
We thank you for all your skills in putting together this cruise for us - if I knew your supervisor's name I would send a copy of this message to he/she. Thank you for making sure that their anniversary banners and cake were delivered. They were so surprised at how festive their stateroom looked. The crew did a great job. And how very nice of you to send them a basket full of wine, fruits, nuts, and a boxful of cookies too! They truly were touched by your thoughtfulness. We all had such a relaxing and fun time on the cruise. Our staterooms were so nice and we all made good use of our balconies. This cruise has given us all such fond memories to hold in our hearts for a very long time.
