The island of Mahe is the main island and has huge mountains with tropical vegetation and over 75 beaches. Here you will find most of the tourism spots, great restaurants, bars and more. Praslin is the second largest island with an ancient forest of towering palms and home to one of the famous beaches in the world - Anse Lazio. And if you really want the experience of a relaxed pace you should visit La Digue Island. The main form of transportation is a bicycle or riding an ox-cart and you will be transported back to another time.
