My love for Hawaii started in 1973, when I traveled there on vacation. Oahu is a must and a great starting point to introduce you to the awesome weather, warm crystal clear blue water, and a culture and history that sounds like a fairytale. A visit to Pearl Harbor takes you back over 50 years to an era that changed our world. The North Shore of Oahu is home to some of the largest surf in the world. Maui's landscape is very diverse from the beautiful beaches, resorts and golf courses of Wailea, Kaanapali, Napili and Kapalua to the mountainous terrain of Haleakala. Kauai's lush fauna is due to its frequent tropical rains and its slow pace is a perfect place for some serious "R & R". For a little adventure, take a zodiac raft trip along the beautiful coast where you will see the carved mountainside. A trip to Waimea Canyon is a beautiful sunrise and/or sunset experience. The Big Island of Hawaii is just that, it's big in sightseeing, history, Polynesian culture and hospitality. After living on the Big Island of Hawaii for years and opening operations for a Hawaii Only agency; I can honestly say I know the beaches and the special places where you can truly relax and go “Island Style”. Go stargazing from the observatory on Mauna Kea, where the sky is white with stars! Imagine hiking deep in the jungles of Kauai or crossing a suspension bridge to find a waterfall and take a quick swim. Take a ferry to the Island of Lanai and watch the dolphins play from the beach.
