I have been the travel Industry for 28 years and have earned my CTC designation (Certified Travel Consultant). How time flies when you’re having fun! I truly enjoy the challenge and excitement of working in a constantly changing industry. Arranging travel to Mexico is my specialty. I travel there frequently to keep up on new developments and changes. Mexico's close proximity to the U.S. makes it a convenient destination. The history, weather, topography, haciendas and resorts give each city a unique personality. Cabo San Lucas, once only a fishing mecca is now for everyone. With great family resorts, golf courses, spas, shopping, surfing and off-road activities for the adventurous. Puerto Vallarta is a fast growing beach town that offers a colonial atmosphere in old town Puerto Vallarta along with Nuevo Vallarta with a new marina and a number of beautiful resorts. Mazatlan, Ixtapa, Manzanillo, Huatulco and Cancun are among the pearls of the Mexican Coast. Mexico has much culture to offer in its colonial route with trips to Mexico City, Guadalajara, San Miguel de Allende, Oaxaca and the famed Copper Canyon. It would be my pleasure to help you plan your dream vacation to Mexico! Hasta Luego!

Creating memorable travel experiences for the past 25 years is not work. I truly love what I do, from the extensive research, to mapping out a journey, to finding the best restaurant to recommend. But most importantly are the relationships I have developed over the years - not only with clients but with all the amazing people in the travel industry. My home away from home is Mexico. I actually have a home in the state of Jalisco and every time I travel "home", I take the time to explore another corner of this wonderful country. I love to discover all the treasures that Mexico offers: From the colonial cities, the jungles, and the villages that specialize in crafts to the glorious beaches; I find the people of this country so warm and inviting. Have you ever had Mole Chilaquiles? I can show you where you can... at this sweet little restaurant in Valladolid.
I have earned the Mexico Destination Specialist designation from The Travel Institute. The program covers the geography, history, attractions, accommodations, cuisine, transportation, and unique cultural attractions of Mexico. It is a comprehensive, thorough curriculum – which assures that I am well equipped to create a memorable vacation for you to Mexico!

You don’t have to travel far for fantastic scenery, exotic animals and eclectic adventure choices, still maintaining the sense of being in a faraway land where time seems to have conveniently stopped. The countries of Central America and the states of Mexico offer a cornucopia of adventure, exploration, ancient history and incredible art, to mention but a few attractions. These are still as yet somewhat “undiscovered” in comparison to the usual vacation list toppers like Hawaii and Caribbean Islands. If your penchant is relaxing on stark white sand beaches at a 5-star hotel or, on the other side, 4-wheeling yourself to hot springs, volcanoes, rainforests or mysterious Mayan ruins, Central America and the interior of Mexico is a place that is a “must” to consider. Perhaps you would like a combo of both luxury and soft adventure. No problem! It is ALL available for you.
Whether diving or snorkeling islands of Honduras or Belize, hiking the lush, verdant countryside of Costa Rica or watching the magical Day of the Dead celebration in Oaxaca, this will be a vacation that feels like a vacation. I’ve had the opportunity to travel extensively around these beautiful countries, communicating with the locals, exploring their secrets and I can assure you, these are destinations that beg to be discovered. Do it NOW before they get too discovered. Please contact me for professional travel planning to this amazing area of our planet.

Relatively few Americans have discovered the beauty and delight of the Colonial Cities of Mexico – towns and cities off the usual path – Oaxaca, Morelia, San Miguel de Allende, Taxco, Cuernavaca, Guadalajara and Guanajuato and the Colonial villages in and around the Copper Canyon. These cities have the charm of old Spain and the conveniences of modern day; they have the remnants of ancient, indigenous civilizations and the 20th Century art of Diego, Frida and Spratling. There are luxurious and charming hotels, plus creative and intriguing cuisine. The ambiance feels foreign and yet all can be reached within a few hours by air. There are crafts and shopping to please every taste, and bargain prices as well.
I would love to share with you my love of Colonial Mexico. Whether you have three days or three weeks, I can arrange tours to a town buried in lava, to ancient ruins, to a national park, a butterfly sanctuary, or enroll you in a cooking school run by an internationally renowned chef. Whatever destination you choose, you will be welcomed warmly and be delighted by your new discovery.
