Family travel is the best! My parents put the bug in me and I have passed it on to my son and granddaughter. At least once a year all my cousins, our children and grandchildren get together for a family cruise. Some times we go hang out on an island together. One trip, a group of us went to France to go follow the route our uncle traveled when he came on shore at Omaha Beach during the Normandy invasion. Other trips we see how many museums we can see in a few short days. For me half the fun is in the planning and I can’t wait to help you plan your family vacation.

Planning a Reunion? I am your agent! A number of years ago I was in charge of my grandmothers 100 birthday party/family reunion with well over 200 people. I loved every minute of the planning and the party. Shortly thereafter, an old classmate, asked me to plan our class reunion. We went on cruise and had a blast. Cruising is how I love to travel and that is why for over 35 years it has been my specialty. At one time a cruise was not considered a “family” vacation, but all that has changed with wonderful children programs on Princess, Holland America and Celebrity. Now a young or older family (think Crystal) or a group of old friends with divergent interests and ages can enjoy a cruise together. However, it takes an expert to know what cruise line and itinerary is best for your special needs. That is where my knowledge of cruise ships, special programs and world ports will be of value in designing your perfect cruise vacation.

As a family vacation specialist, I'm dedicated to making travel fun and rewarding for your entire family. I am committed to understanding the special needs, wants and realities of making a family vacation successful. My knowledge is based on personal experience in the travel industry of over 25 years and includes traveling with my two boys and husband. I began my travel career carrying a backpack around Europe in the early 70’s, progressed to working for a golf tour operator; then promoting tourism to California with Disney, Universal, and Knott’s. In the early 80’s, I worked for a cruise line and now, for almost 10 years I have been helping parents like you choose the perfect family vacation worldwide.

The service I give my clients goes beyond making recommendations; I give you choices based on the ages of everyone in your family, your travel experience, and your budget. I ask a lot of questions! Because I've arranged hundreds of family vacations I know what works well for various age groups, which ships and resorts are best suited for children, and which resort can guarantee a connecting room. I understand the importance of hassle-free travel; multi-generational travel; and planning last minute family vacations because of parents' and kids' busy schedules. Coming from a family of over 24 nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, brothers and sisters, in which each person has their own unique persona, I have come to find that it takes time, patience, and creativity to fulfill the needs of each individual. Being one of eight, I understand what it takes to make each person happy. From booking cruises for famous icons such as Mary- Kate and Ashley Olsen, to arranging an unforgettable family vacation to the savannas of Africa for a small town family, I gravitate towards each individual’s interest in order to create the perfect family vacation getaway.
